SeaWing is a Charabom that only appeared in Bomberman Tournament. He is the last Charabom to be fused.
Bomberman Tournament
In Bomberman Tournament, he is needed to open the last door before the boss battle: Golem Ghost. Like the rest of the Dastardly Bombers except Brain Bomber, Golem Bomber uses this Charabom to power-up himself and turn into the mentioned boss. After the battle, SeaWing will return to Bomberman. Also, he is recommended to defeat KameKing because of his high battle stats and strong special attack, although Firekong also does prove useful as well.
Location
Acquired through fusion. At the Golem Base, Unagi and Youni must be fused with the SID device to create him. He can then be used to open the last door at the same base.

Ability
SeaWing can open the second-to-last door in Golem Base. He needs to be set to open it.
Special Attack
His Special Attack is Whirl; he summons two columns of water with his tail via zapping the ground which move towards the opponent, damaging them.
